The tradition of Halloween and the Black Harvest Festival continues in historically Chilling Downtown Collingwood this October, with Witches (and Warlocks) of the ‘Wood taking over the town. Face painting, children’s activity centres, children’s costume contest, and treats for all the little goblins.
